Officials of the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI) visited TCL’s Claxton Bay and Mayo facilities on September 18, 2009. Mr. Carl Francis – Permanent Secretary, MTI toured the Mayo Quarry as well as the plant operations relating to the manufacture of cement. Also invited was Mr. Greig Laughlin – President of the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturer’s Association (TTMA).
