Shift Workers
Continuous Shift
Where operations are normally carried out 24 hours per day or 168 hours per week without interruption on a three-shift rotary system, the established workweek shall be 40 hours per week.
Non-continuous Shift
Where operations require two or more rotary systems, but do not run continuously 168 hours and Saturdays and Sundays are not established working days, the established workweek shall be 40 hours per week.
